Carbon Storage MMV Technology Showcase
Co-hosted at the EAGE Annual 2026 in Aberdeen Monday, June 8th
The Carbon Storage MMV Technology Showcase, hosted at EAGE 2026 in Aberdeen, will be an exciting opportunity to dive deep into cutting-edge innovation covering multiple monitoring technologies which can be applied to carbon storage: from seismic surveys to in-well fibre and sensors, geochemical and environmental monitoring, data analytics, and automation. Carbon storage operators and technology suppliers will present their experience in developing and deploying technologies, and discussing details of their solutions through presentations and exhibitors’ stands set up for the day. Industry is making strong progress in these areas via appraisals and initial development projects, showing advantages of considering multiple technologies to achieve a more accurate, real-time and cost-efficient monitoring of CO2 injection.
The Showcase is organised by the North Sea Transition Authority in collaboration with the North Sea Technology Leadership Board, the Carbon Storage Task Forces and EAGE.
Participant profile
We are very pleased to organise this Technology Showcase on carbon storage MMV technologies, in collaboration with the Technology Leadership Board, the Carbon Storage Task Forces and EAGE. Our aim is to bring together industry knowledge (operators and suppliers) from technology development to field implementation of technologies to deliver accurate, real-time and cost-efficient monitoring of CO2 injection. Please let us know of your interest in participating and share your experience through presentations and exhibitor displays.
