Join the EAGE Startup Zone
EAGE recognises the importance of Start-ups and entrepreneurs, and therefore we are offering start-ups a special opportunity to participate in the 87th EAGE Annual in Aberdeen. We’re looking for innovative and disruptive technologies or services across different applications of geoscience, engineering, oil and gas, decarbonisation, renewables or circularity.
EAGE supports participation of startups with a complimentary space on the exhibition floor and team registrations.
Start-Up Criteria:
- Company must not be older than five years
- Company should represent an innovative new idea, product or service
- A maximum of 30 employees
- A budget of a maximum of one million (in EURO). To qualify a start-up must not be in receipt of substantial financial resources from an existing company.
- Signed contract must be accompanied by completed start-up application form
- A start-up may participate in the EAGE start-up area with a maximum of three times
- Start-up should not have had a regular stand with the EAGE prior to their participation in the EAGE start-up area
- Participation in pitch programme is obligatory
Exhibition zone
Standard offer
The standard Start-up offer includes:
- 1 standing table and 2 stools
- 4m2 area on the exhibition floor (any background materials/graphics need
to be produced by the company and brought to the venue themselves) - Pitch presentation at the Start-up area
- 1 exhibition-only pass and 1 exhibitor pass
