Social Programme

To complement the conference and exhibition, EAGE will organize a social programme that showcases the rich culture, hospitality, and gastronomy of Toulouse. With so much to discover in this beautiful city, we are confident you won’t regret joining us.

We also invite family members of our delegates to take part in the experience. All registered accompanying persons will have access to the social programme, including the Icebreaker Reception and the Conference Evening. Additionally, they are welcome to explore the exhibition and participate in the accompanying persons’ tour.

Following the Opening Ceremony, the Icebreaker Reception is a great way to start off the week and mark the beginning of the EAGE Annual 2025. It is the perfect way to meet exhibitors and delegates from around the world, in an informal networking setting. A variety of free drinks and food will be served throughout the exhibition area.

Accompanying Person's Tour

Tuesday 11 June 2024 | 10:00 – 15:00 | Oslo's City Tour and National Museum

Participants will join a walking tour with a local guide showing all the best attractions in the city center of Oslo. The walking tour ends at the National Museum, where participants can join the guided tour, followed by lunch at a local restaurant nearby.

Conference Evening

Wednesday 12 June 2024 | 19:00 – 23:00 | Bygdøy

The conference evening offers you a full programme spread out over different areas. At Bygdøy, you can discover Norwegian history, learn about Vikings, explorers and their maritime history and see how people lived in various eras of the past. The conference evening will be spread over three different museums: the Kon-Tiki Museum, the Fram Museum and the Norwegian Maritime Museum with additional food tents and outdoor stage.

Special Museum Deal for Delegates

The Natural History Museum Vienna is a large natural history museum located in Vienna, Austria and is considered as one of the most important natural history museums in the world. During the EAGE Annual 2023 in Vienna (5-8 June 2023), the museum offers a 50% discount on the entrance of the museum, for all participants showing their badges at the ticket office of the museum.
